Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  1. Shipping Rates: The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and delivery address.
  2. Delivery Estimates: Our typical processing time is 2-3 business days. Once processed, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Order Processing

  1. Processing Time: Orders placed on our Site will be processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday or during weekends will begin processing the next business day.
  2. Order Tracking: Upon shipping your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  2. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Damages and Issues

Sarfaraz Transportation Inc. is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend taking photographs of the damaged package and contents.
