Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a return. The items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sarfaraztransportationinc.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
